Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Koudurty, we want you to shop with confidence. We carefully select and inspect our products and are committed to providing a fair and transparent returns process.

This policy is designed to operate alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the ACL.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply independently of, and in addition to, the voluntary change-of-mind policy outlined below.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alterations, washing, perfume, deodorant, make-up or other marks.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or sufficient information for us to locate your order.

Please contact us at contact@Koudurty.store before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable postage service when returning an item, as Koudurty cannot be responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost in transit before reaching us.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour or eligible product, please contact us at contact@Koudurty.store.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another suitable option or a refund where applicable.

Any exchange conditions relating to change of mind do not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, unsafe, materially different from its description, or the wrong item, please contact us at contact@Koudurty.store.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue, where reasonably possible.

We may reasonably assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

A product does not need to be in its original packaging in order for you to exercise your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Major Failures

A product may have a major failure where, for example:

  • A reasonable consumer would not have purchased it had they known about the problem.

  • It is significantly different from its description, sample or demonstration model.

  • It is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot easily be made fit within a reasonable time.

  • It cannot be used for a particular purpose that was made known to us and cannot easily be fixed within a reasonable time.

  • It is unsafe.

Where there is a major failure, you may be entitled to choose between a replacement or refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from the failure.

Minor Failures

Where a problem is not a major failure and can be remedied, Koudurty is entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable time in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy.

If we cannot or do not remedy the problem within a reasonable time, you may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Return Postage for Faulty Products

For items that can reasonably be posted or returned, you may initially be required to return the item to us for assessment.

If we confirm that the product has a fault or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will reimburse reasonable return postage or transportation costs where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Please retain your postage receipt or other evidence of the return cost.

Where an item cannot reasonably be returned because of its nature, size or the nature of the fault, we will arrange collection where required by law.

Incorrect Item Received

If we have sent you an item different from the item you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at contact@Koudurty.store.

Where confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.

Sale and Promotional Items

Products purchased during a sale, discount, clearance or promotional event remain protected by the Australian Consumer Law.

We do not exclude or restrict your rights to a remedy where a sale or promotional item is faulty or otherwise fails to comply with a consumer guarantee.

However, unless otherwise stated, sale or clearance items may be excluded from our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items for Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return, including:

  • Underwear that has been worn or tried on.

  • Swimwear where the hygiene protection has been removed.

  • Personal care or grooming products that have been opened or used.

  • Items that have been altered, personalised or made specifically for the customer.

These exclusions apply only to voluntary change-of-mind returns.

They do not exclude or restrict any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Proof of Purchase

We may request reasonable proof that the product was purchased from Koudurty.

Proof of purchase may include:

  • Your order confirmation.

  • Order number.

  • Digital receipt.

  • Payment record.

  • Bank or card statement showing the transaction.

  • Other information that reasonably demonstrates that you purchased the product from us.

Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible and subject to applicable law.

We will not substitute a legally required monetary refund with store credit unless you agree to that option.

After a refund is processed by Koudurty, your bank, card provider or payment provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account.

Where a product fails to comply with the Australian Consumer Law, any refund will include amounts that are required to be refunded under applicable law.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us because the delivery address supplied by the customer was incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Additional delivery costs may apply where the return was caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

This section does not limit any rights you may have where the failure to deliver was caused by Koudurty or its delivery arrangements.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not automatically constitute an approved return or cancellation.

Please contact us at contact@Koudurty.store if you wish to return an order so that we can provide the correct instructions.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Abuse of the Returns Process

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or abusive return activity.

This may include, for example, returning items that were not purchased from Koudurty, intentionally damaging products, or providing false information in connection with a return.

This provision does not limit any legitimate rights or remedies available to consumers under Australian law.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including Schedule 2 — the Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable law where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
